Julie Kelk has over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications. Most recently she was Vice President at public relations agency A&C where her focus was predominantly on the experiential marketing side of the business working with brands such as Johnnie Walker, Perrier, and Grey Goose Vodka.
With a degree in Fine Art History and Economics from the University of Toronto, Julie’s strengths lie in her keen eye for detail and her highly analytical thought process. Widely recognized as a strategic thinker who specializes in creating innovative and results-driven experiential marketing tactics, Julie has also led the client engagement platforms for a number of other corporations including Scotia Private Client Group, Mackenzie Financial, and Carter’s/OshKosh.
A passionate golfer, at-home chef, an avid traveler, Julie loves to plan adventures for her family including her two young children.

Suzanne was born and raised in Scarborough and has a broad and in-depth knowledge of Toronto. Suzanne has lived in many different neighborhoods, from St Lawrence Market to King West and Davisville. Suzanne now resides in North Toronto, where she and her husband, Lester, are raising their two daughters. Suzanne is very active and involved in her community, volunteering with various committees, participating in, and sponsoring local events. Suzanne loves being active, enjoys kickboxing and walking the family dog.

Meghan grew up in Oakville where she graduated from Saint Mildred’s Lightbourn School. After receiving her Honors BA, from the University of Western Ontario, in Geography (focusing on development and urban planning), she traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia which has provided her with a worldly perspective and appreciation for diversity. Meghan has explored and lived in many different pockets of Toronto, from King West to Lower Cabbagetown, Davisville, and now North Toronto, where she is raising her two children.
A member of the Granite Club, Meghan loves to skate, play golf, do yoga and is learning to ski. Meghan loves to just get out and around the city, enjoying all it has to offer, from tobogganing to kid’s activities at the ROM, Riverdale Farms, and the Zoo, to trying the next best restaurant!
Growing up in Toronto, Sophie has had the opportunity to witness our city’s growth over the past number of years. Having an Honours Degree in Business and Management from the University of Toronto, Sophie began her career at a large Global Institutional Bank valuing Pension Funds. After a number of years, she worked in Human Resources as a Learning and Organizational Development Professional designing, developing and delivering Training Solutions in both Technical & Professional Development Training to all employee levels. As a Certified Master Trainer, Sophie is accustomed to delivering engaging training sessions in the classroom, via videoconference and web conference.
Over the past 9 years, Sophie has combined her passion for helping people to achieve their Real Estate goals with her strong abilities, analyzing market statistics and trends. Each day she uses her background in Finance, Economics and Banking to interpret shifts in the economy and what that means for you and in terms of Real Estate. Her objective is to “set my clients up for success”. Real estate is more than a home, it is an investment opportunity.
Lucky enough to start her own Cafe Bistro in an up and coming Toronto East End neighborhood, she has experienced building a business from concept to fruition. As the co-owner of the Brickyard Grounds, in “Bricktown”, every day was quite interesting in its own right. Managing a team of 10 individuals, in a super fast paced dynamic environment, customer experience was the priority and the key to success.
